For custom press-on nails, open the Custom Nails page and complete all six steps. Upload your sizing and inspiration photos, then submit your request. Ashley will review your vision and send your final quote before payment. IC Charms™ ordering information is available on the Key Chains page.

Production begins only after your final design details, price, payment, shipping information, and payment verification are complete. Submitting a request does not place you into production or charge you automatically.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Your estimated production and mailing window will be confirmed with your quote. Standard shipping is $8, and tracking will be provided when your package ships. Carrier delays are outside Ixzie Creations’ control.

IC Charms™ are handmade mystery keychains created by Ixzie Creations. Every first order receives one free IC Charm™. Additional charms are $12 each unless they belong to a charitable collection, whose price may vary.

No. IC Charms™ are selected completely at random for fairness. You may purchase from an available collection, but the exact charm you receive from that collection will still be random. No two handmade charms are exactly the same.

Because items are handmade and custom-made, completed custom orders cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind. Cancellation requests must be made before production begins. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Ixzie Creations with photos so the issue can be reviewed.

Use the Virtual Nail Size Guide on the Custom Nails page. Place a coin beside each nail, keep both hands flat, photograph them directly from above in clear natural lighting, and upload full-hand and thumb close-up photos for both hands. Incorrect or unclear photos may affect sizing.
